What Working Together Looks Like

All sessions are offered virtually, giving you flexibility, comfort, and complete privacy.

Your first consultation is a 60 minute conversation where we explore your goals, personal and family history, routines, stress levels, eating patterns, lab results, and the deeper parts of your story that influence your relationship with health and nutrition.

After this session, you receive a personalized plan with clear next steps that feel realistic and meaningful.

Each follow up includes a recap with:
● Key insights and action steps
● Recipes or nutrition resources
● Reflection prompts and mindfulness exercises
● Recommendations that match your energy, routine, and needs

You also receive support between sessions through private, secure messaging in Practice Better.

When appropriate, I may recommend specific lab work or screenings such as markers related to blood sugar, thyroid function, cholesterol, nutrient status, or inflammation to help personalize your plan in a data-informed way.

If you already work with a healthcare provider, I’m happy to collaborate to help interpret results and apply them meaningfully. If not, I can guide you on which questions to ask and what information to request, so you feel confident advocating for your care.

Please note, eighty twenty is designed to be both sustainable and accessible.

A limited number of supported access (sliding scale) spots are available.

FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

Sessions are virtual and start with a 60-minute consultation, followed by 30–45 minute follow-ups. We review your goals, history, eating patterns, labs, stress, sleep, movement, and personal values. You’ll receive a personalized plan with clear next steps and resources.

Nope! Rather than strict meal plans, I support you with grocery lists, recipe ideas, and practical guidance to build flexible eating patterns. The goal is long-term trust, ease, and sustainability. Not perfection.

Follow-up sessions are 30–45 minutes and are designed for accountability, reflection, and adjustment of your plan. You can also check in between sessions via Practice Better messaging for ongoing support.

Eighty Twenty operates as a private-pay practice. This allows for individualized, holistic care without time limits or restrictions. I can provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement if needed, and I guide you through questions to advocate for your own care.

Yes. A small number of supported-access (sliding scale) spots are available for those who would otherwise be unable to access this type of care. These spots are limited and reviewed on a rolling basis.
