Sessions are virtual and begin with a 60-minute consultation, followed by 30–45 minute follow-ups.

We take a comprehensive look at your goals, history, eating patterns, labs, stress, sleep, movement, and priorities. From there, we identify what’s actually moving the needle and where to focus.

You’ll leave with clear, personalized next steps you can implement immediately, along with the structure to build consistency over time.

I don’t provide rigid, one-size-fits-all meal plans.

Instead, I teach you how to think about food strategically so you can make confident decisions anywhere — at work, while traveling, during busy seasons, or in high-pressure environments.

Structure is important. Extremes are not.

Follow-ups are 30–45 minutes and focused on execution.

We review what’s working, troubleshoot what’s not, and refine your approach so progress stays steady and sustainable. Each session builds on the last, with targeted adjustments that keep you moving forward.

You’ll also have access to messaging between sessions for ongoing support and accountability.

Eighty Twenty currently operates as a private-pay practice, allowing for individualized, holistic care without time restrictions.

Insurance credentialing is in progress, with approval expected in the coming months. Updates will be shared as they become available.

Superbills are provided for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
