I became an ACE-certified Personal Trainer when I was 18 and have spent more than a decade learning, teaching, and moving- from strength training and endurance sports to teaching spin and community-based programs. Though I’ve since shifted away from public gym settings where certification is required, my approach remains rooted in evidence-based training and lived experience.
